“Kristina  was an integral contributor in the of planning our recent Cancun wedding on April 15th, 2013 working with our planner Ina B.in Montreal.

We wanted our destination wedding to be personalized therefore our planner suggested we opt to take the wedding off the resort.
Ina found a rare gem in Kristina as she knows Cancun and the region, encompassing the landscape, the people, the vendors and hidden surprises!

Kristina worked effectively and efficiently handling our catering, flowers, linens, table settings, venue and other important details. Her time management skills were exemplary; she was always available and accessible to us and our many questions and requests, even to the point of driving us around Cancun to pick up little extras, tour the venue and go to our menu tasting!

She truly represented us, in not only finding us the right elements that fit our vision, she also was amazing negotiating in getting us the best deals to make our budget work. Kristina was gracious in her dealings with all the wedding stakeholders and transparent in all communications, be it financial or otherwise.

Without exaggeration, we owe our wedding day success to Kristina and Ina. It was literally everything we had hoped for and more. If there were any challenges on the day of, we never knew about them because Kristina was there with us every step of the way to take care of them.

Without hesitation, we would recommend Kristina as an event planner that will help you to personalize any occasion may it be a wedding, reunion, family celebration, or just a wonderful party!”

“I originally found Kristina online. I knew I wanted a wedding in Mexico, but not a pre-canned, all-inclusive resort type wedding.  From the beginning, I found Kristina to be honest, hard-working, and eager to make all of my very specific wishes come to life. We only started the planning process 6 months ahead of the wedding (april 2013), and due to family matters, we only had one date in mind (Nov 9th, 2013).  Kristina and I had a lot of phone and skype dates, and worked together to explore a ton of different venue options, from private villas, to haciendas, to completely untouched beaches, and finally to the Marazul Marina. Throughout this time, Kristina visited many different venues, getting quotes, availability, and taking pictures to send back to me in Canada, as I wasn’t able to visit the venue before the event.

After pinning down the venue, we started working with Arnoldo at Festiv Catering. Kristina kept the communication going, and I created my own menu based off some of my favorite dishes (seafood paella), and suggestions from Arnoldo (ceviche, guacamole shooters, fish fillet in supreme lime mandini sauce and beef filet in cetas sauce). Instead of wedding cake, I wanted Mexican Churros with various dipping sauces, and a piñata in the shape of a wedding cake to be filled with cigars. They even recreated my favorite drink – jalapeño lime margaritas. We also had a late night taco bar which everyone raved about!

Although Kristina is relatively new in the wedding coordinating business, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anybody, especially brides that are planning their wedding from afar. As you can imagine, I was quite nervous about trusting my entire wedding to someone I hadn’t met in person, and transferring very large sums of money. Kristina and her team are completely trustworthy, and came through on everything they promised. On the day of the wedding, only 1 of the 2 boutonnieres were delivered to our hotel – Kristina made sure the other one was onsite for when the groom and best man arrived. Kristina understood where my priorities were (food) and where I wanted to spend as little money as possible (decoration).  Overall, it was a great experience and the actual wedding day turned out perfectly!”
